Welcome to Glyn who is a professional artist and has agreed
to be included in this website.

promotion of Derek and Jeannie's legacy.
Glyn discovered the books of Derek Tangye back in the early 70’s and has loved
the stories ever since. Now he has more time he is planning to paint a series
of watercolours depicting the places that became part of the fabric of
Dorminack.
Glyn was born in 1950 in Hereford, U.K. and went to Hereford College of Art in
the 60’s. During the 70’s Glyn travelled the world working in design
eventually ending up in New Zealand. Glyn started painting again part time in
1995 and after several exhibitions moved back to his Herefordshire roots to
become a full-time artist. Glyn now paints from his home deep in the
Herefordshire countryside and from where he sells original paintings and a wide
range of giclee prints both locally and online.
The first four Minack paintings you see here are, 'Monty's Leap and the Winding Lane', 'Carn
Barges', 'Ambrose Rock' and 'Cottage on a Cliff '.
A further two are planned for later in 2022.
All the paintings are available as
signed prints and can be sent world-wide in a tube.
